Sauteed Mushrooms

1 Tbls. butter
4 cups whole mushrooms
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup beef broth
1 cup Chablis wine

Heat butter in skillet until melted; add mushrooms and onions and cook until onions are tender. Add garlic salt, broths and wine. Simmer 15 minutes. Serve on any desired dish. Great with beef dishes. Enjoy!
