Easy Hashbrown Casserole

2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped onions
16 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 oz. Cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix potatoes and butter; add rest of ingredients. Butter casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Enjoy!

My family loves this recipe - and it is very easy. I'd made it a few years ago, and couldn't find it recently, so I searched the web for it... and found yours to be very similar to the one I'd made previously. Thanks for sharing!
