Sweet Potato Souffle

1-18 oz. can sweet potatoes, drained & slightly mashed
1 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c cups milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well. Pour into buttered pan.

Topping:
1/2 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup pecan pieces

Mix together. Crumble topping over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes, uncovered. Enjoy!
