1 lb. zucchini squash
1 16 oz. can whole kernel corn
1 large onion, sliced thin
2 cups fresh chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 Tbls. flour
dash of pepper
Peel and cut zucchini into 1/4 inch slices. Add drained corn, tomatoes and remaining ingredients. Place in baking dish and cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!
